This game actually sucks because of premades

Cya nerd …

I agree, that the rampant premading and 100% engineering participation rate in premades really kills all the fun that most of us get in BGs. Its sadface, and I hope it changes/calms down at some point.

But also…

While I do happen to have an FC druid, yes its kinda meh but at the same time its also necessary when every 5 seconds one of the 10 enemy players is throwing a grenade at you, sappers on cd, etc etc.

I’m sure that plenty of druids would love to have fun games without having to drop 1g25s every 2 mins, all day long. Its a chicken>egg thing.

Hope not. Its frustrating right now, but I hope you still find enjoyment in other sections of the game, and that the premades slack off soon. :heart_decoration:

Who told you this nonsense?

Imagine that, people talking to each other and forming groups to premade pvp groups in a MMO.
I forgot what MMO stands for but people socializing and grouping together to play pvp needs to stop! - t. Forum user that just got stomped by a premade

this is hilarious to even say and justify, the difference ratio wise of vanilla premades vs population and classic is not even close. smh

No one said premades need to be stopped.

They just need to be matched with other premades, you know play against other people with the same mindset.

From my own experience you’re absolutely wrong. I basically hit rank 10 (ok 9.9999999 and then I stopped because patch was supposed to be around corner) as a solo PvPer.

I distinctively remember one day queueing into an AB, and I must have been around rank 7 or 8 at the time, and having a crazy epiphany because as we were getting DESTROYED I realized “Oh hey those two are from the same guild…wait…so is he…and him…and…wait…” and then I proceeded to scream over BG chat with “GUYS THEY’RE ALL FROM THE SAME GUILD” because it blew my teenager mind at the time that people were doing this and the rest of the BG was kind of just like “Yah man…it’s a premade”.

To be fair I’m positive that I ran into premades more than I realized before then and after, but that is the only premade memory I actually have from Vanilla and more importantly I have no memories of running into crazy bad premade luck were I just kept running into premades, which is what is happening in Classic which is not the same as Vanilla.

This, I certainly ran into premades in vanilla but it wasn’t every freaking game.

Weird picture there if you don’t see that as an acronym.

Both hunters and warlocks can fear druids and undead can’t be druids, so I mean you have options.

My experience with WSG is that people pay no attention to the flag-taker notification. They either wait until the flag carrier is already halfway across the map to chase him down, or ignore him completely.

Premades aren’t magical sticks of dynamite. They only require communication and understanding. Of course, gear doesn’t hurt. They don’t require free-action potions. If you have neither communication, nor understanding, you only joined to lose anyways.

When you play basketball, even in high school, it requires some level of discipline and understanding, or you’re benched. In WoW, you don’t get benched. You get to play, which means if you are absolutely terrible at the game, you still get to play varsity. In this way, WoW is a great tool for people who hate paying attention. The negative aspect of allowing just anybody to play on any team is that sometimes you are bringing varsity down to the level of before you could reliably throw the basketball high enough to get it in, much less aim.

If you don’t enter prepared, then expect a loss. That is all.

Lol, so wouldn’t competitive be PM vs PM, not PM’s hunting Pugs to slaughter for yellow numbers on their honor tab?

Real hardcore, bro.

There was once a time when people joined a PvP session to PvP. For those people, losses weren’t that big of a deal.

Play the game to enjoy it, or you will burn out fast.

Exactly. Then the counter is “git good”. LOL. Sweaty wolf packs need their sheep, thats why they are so against this change. They do not want a fair fight.

Yup. If winning is important to you, then blaming your opponents and everybody else means you’re just eventually going to hate the game.

Blame yourself and learn how to do better.

You now what would be really funny, is if they made solo players dishonorable kills hahahahaha!

Except losing to a premade isn’t even a fun match.

I blame the system and how it allows narcissistic players to game it to farm casual fun loving players.

It is if you know what you’re doing. Again, premades aren’t magical unicorns.

Unlike almost every other expansion, there’s no resilience here, which means it doesn’t matter what your gear is, enough of you can kill a flag carrier.

Secondly, it doesn’t matter how fast druids go, if your whole team knows where he’s going, he will be dead. There’s no raid boss players here. Everybody dies when hit enough.

The problem I have seen is that everybody is fighting mid and ignores flag carrier notifications until it’s already too late.

Except losing to a premade is never an interesting game so it’s better to just give up and lose quickly.

The meta right now is to just play D until the first death then stop rezzing. Truly compelling game play for everyone right?

The hell you say!? PvP because we enjoy PvP? What kinda’ crazy talk is that.

Seriously guys, this is the mindset of those of us in the 40’s and 30’s. No one’s in these queues grinding rank or playing to two shot people - that doesn’t really happen unless someone’s REALLY undergeared.

I know the anti-premade crowd likes to pretend that every premade is full of R14’s dripping in epic’s, but the fact of the matter is, that’s crazy far from the trut.

Sheesh, our 40’s team doesn’t even use Voicecomm’s when we play. No discord, nada. Just the old school WoW BG chat.

Maybe you should consider that you’re doing something wrong if you’re unable to beat a premade.

If you’ve never beaten a premade or at least had it competitive enough to be “interesting”, that’s your own problem. A very large portion of those premade’s are just LFG premades that aren’t any better geared then you are. Big deal, they communicate more. Nothing is stopping a pug from talking and being communicative.
