I remember back in Cataclysm when the Shamans were lauded for their hand in saving the world from Deathwing, Pandaria where they were vital to divining the land’s secrets, and Legion where they were considered wise protectors of Azeroth.
How far we have fallen as a society, as in Dragonflight we cut down Shamans in hordes for committing the heinous crime of… practicing shamanism? The word ‘primalist’ is used like a slur as even thunderstorms are viewed as solely their fault.
Of course, player Shamans have adventurer privilege and don’t get murdered, but are expected to slay their kin in droves as well! No wonder Razaketh wasn’t open to negotiating with Oppressorstraza.
If you ask me, this is all a plot by the “Aspects” to take all the glory of saving the world from the Cataclysm away from the class that deserves it (see: Thrall) by wiping them off the face of Azeroth! Emerald Gardens was just a false flag.

This is why since legion, when I heal, I do not call my self a Restoration Shaman, but a RUSToration Mechanic. As well not an Elemental Shaman, but a 6G WELDemental; after completing Bildgeharbor’s Advanced level Gas Tungsten Arc Welding course designed for the student who has completed at least the Level 2 GTAW course, or who has extensive experience welding in the GTAW process

That same way they tried to do with mages in wrath but shamans deserve it,they muck everything up .
