Okay no offense, but being called “a boomer” isn’t hate speech Haavi. 
I do agree if you are going to use their age against them, it helps to know how old they are, but mis-aging people isn’t hate speech. Especially since this is done mockingly or jeeringly over the coarse of years on the internet. (Of coarse that doesn’t make it okay, considering the fact the other nasty things said on the internet that has to do with genders, gender preferences, races and so on.)
I really don’t want to assume people are stupid, since that’s a jerk move to do. Which is why i rail against anybody who has this attitude of “If you don’t know what i’m talking about, you’re an idiot that knows nothing and i’m not going to educate you, this isn’t school” or something like that, fill in the other insults.

I am well aware here that i could be wrong here on saying that, even on the internet, i have said here that the internet is and still is using slurs that has to with genders, gender preferences, races (forgot to add that in there) and basically whatever can be fitted into a slur here. I think the only thing why are aren’t immediately calling to “cancel” that person or something like that for saying “Boomers, Zoomers, Millennials” and things like that is, despite the fact most people use these on the internet, it’s not as relevant as the other 3 here, and doesn’t have that much power as those 3. At least, that’s what i’m assuming here.
But i digress. Somebody else can explain this better then i here. Ism’s is not my forte.
But I am having fun as it is. So your proposed changes might ruin my fun. In which case, I would move on to another game, which would be fine with me because I don’t have an unhealthy attachment to my hobbies.
Notes: game isn’t subpar. It’s not bleeding subscribers. I am not in the minority.

All I will say is; if the renown system is a battle pass system…its the cheapest battle pass system in gaming.
Infact, you might say it’s free… and allows you to… play the game instead of spending money on it, and it has more content then a battle pass… 
It’s almost like this comparison Tupperware Soup-canopener made makes no sense and needs explaining on how those two things are the exact same instead of just appeal to common sense fallacy. Huh, imagine.

M10+ is gated by iLevel and rio score so majority of players can’t even get a key in the first place, most of the loot in raids are nerfed so now all the PvE geared people are going into PvP ladder and stomping on the low iLevel players who are there to also get gear but they’re yet again blocked by iLevel.
PvP balance is a joke and most of the forums including the bigger ones are filled with people realizing how lack luster SL is, so yes you are in the minority if you’re going to sit here and tell me any of these systems are at the least bit palatable compared to where this game once was.
