When doing the quest “Whispers on the Winds” after speaking with Khadgar the screen freezes for a moment before popping up with a small window that says “This cinematic is not available”. I tried dropping the quest and picking it back up but it has the same issue.
*Update:
After logging out and picking up the quest again it still didn’t work. I dropped and picked up the quest a few more times and it finally worked. It is definitely worth watching.

I had the same experience with trying to ask Khadgar what happened at the Zeppelin tower outside Orgrimmar. Can anyone tell me what happens in that video or where I can watch it properly?

I like don’t even want to play if something is out of sequence. Not sure what it would even be called on youtube.
I’m hitting this same issue as well. I’d love to know which video this would be, so I can youtube it or something, so I can continue my questline.
Not an auspicious start to the new expansion. I don’t even get a notice saying the cinematic won’t play, it simply freezes the game on a loading screen and I have to force quit. When I log back in the quest assumes I have watched it and wants me to turn in.
Same thing happened to me the first time. Second time I just waited a bit after the game froze and then I got the error.
Same problem here. I’ve tried disabling addons, I’ve tried restarting, no dice.

Same here. The game freezes, eventually crashes or I get the “This cinematic is not available” error.
My theory is the cinematic is not downloaded but streamed from Blizzard’s servers and there is way too much people trying to watch it ATM.
