I scanned and repaired my WoW client but it did not work.
I tried the self-service stuck character option many times but it did not work. I get an error saying " Oops! It looks like something went wrong. We could not complete your request. Please try again or submit a support ticket if the problem persists."
I tried looking for an option to call customer service or live chat with them but I don’t see that anywhere.
Can anyone please help? I am really at a loss. I have no idea what to do. I tried making a ticket but my tickets just keep getting marked resolved when the character stuck option doesn’t even work.
The stuck self service has a 8 hour cool down. Best to use it when you are not logged into the game. Since it is a web service.

Also will display if the toon could be moved. I used the self move Monday of this week.
If you tryed several times … Might find a differnt ticket name.
Can you remember when and where you were in game to have your current error message to display?
Lastly … Call center is for limmited account billing and account issues.
Even if you got though to them they most likely would not be able to help with in game issues.
I now see your tickets are being closed, but what are your tickets reporting back to you.
Try another web browser, or pop up blocker. Antivirus also might stop the service. Restart computer and try with battle.net to get to the site.
I did mine on my phone with computer shut off.
