Ok, so the solution to this appears to be to wait and let it resolve itself. The day after I made this post the error went away and I have had no issues getting logged into the app since then.
So I’ve been trying to open the mobile app for the past 2 days and I’ve been getting this error: “This account is already logged in.”
After I close this error out it brings me back to the main screen. If I tap “Login” it goes through the login process again, but this time will allow me to select a character. Regardless of which character I select I get the same “This account is already logged in” error message.
I have also tried going to “Account Selection” and logging in again, but I still receive the same “This account is already logged in” error message.
And yes I have tried restarting my phone also and the error persists.
I am out of town this week and cannot login to the game and see if there are any issues there until Monday. Obviously I can post on the forums.
Anyone else having this issue? Or have had this issue and know how to fix it?
