Would it be worth it to upgrade my Rtx 2070 super to a 30 series or an amd 6000 series card? I only play wow on pc
Depends on what the rest of your hardware looks like (CPU mainly) and what resolution you’re running at, but my inclination is to say if it’s for WoW alone, probably not.

I think that you should do a bit of your own investigation (I don’t mean that in a negative way). What I mean is that you can get something like MSI Afterburner and monitor your GPU usage while you are in-game. This information will tell you with absolute certainty if your GPU is holding you back or not.
If you see your GPU usage pegged at 100% while you are playing WoW, then your GPU is holding you back, pure and simple.
If your GPU is not at 100% usage, then it’s either because your CPU is holding you back, or because you are already at your max FPS (capped by Freesync, GSync, VSync, or a simple FPS cap).
Now, the extent to which it’s holding you back is up for debate. For example, I’m currently running a 5900X CPU with a RTX 2080 GPU. I run at 4K with a 144Hz monitor, with the game at max settings. My GPU is pegged at 100% usage in pretty much any outdoor area. The 2080 is clearly the bottleneck. BUT, I’m still getting 70+ FPS in most of those situations, and with Freesync, that still looks pretty smooth. So is that “good enough”? That’s a matter of opinion. I personally do plan to get a more powerful GPU soon, ideally so that I can have the game running at an FPS equivalent to my monitor’s max refresh rate (144) as often as possible.
Your CPU should be fast enough to justify a GPU upgrade. But you didn’t say what the refresh rate of your monitor is. If your monitor only does 60Hz, then you don’t need more than 60fps, and should probably upgrade your monitor first.
If you want ultrawide / big resolution then maybe, prices are crashing down so soon (pre-Xmass season) there can be good offers.

Honestly no. If you only play WoW, a 2070 is just fine.
