Charter neighborhoods are my interest, especially if it’s with mixed company. I’ve done extensive research on what servers have the best community. and by extensive research I mean asked copilot.
Moon Guard came up at the top of the list with great feedback.
From the quick reading I’ve done, it sounds like Moon Guard already has a pretty fantastic community with planned events and such.
I’m a soloist for the most part. I prefer to spend my time in the wild. I love community. The adventures these little communities offer sound pretty fun. I’m into that. I’d like to be a contributing member towards something awesome. I feel my neighborhood will be my next guild, so to speak.
With Remix on the way I’m thinking about getting a warlock going and thinking about basing a level 65 level-locked achievement hunter out of the neighborhood.

The extent of my RP is mostly based around I am me, Sumwun.
My Warband voted me to be the spokesperson for the team. I do 99 percent of the talking. I’m not really an “alt.” - There is no main.
I figured I would introduce us and see if conversation brews and if other folks are exploring in the same direction.
This is actually what I’m all about, I want to ensure I have the best neighborhood, and my neighbors quality is everything. Sorry if this is a necro, but this is imperative.
Especially on my Moon guard alliance plot… My solo warband guild is “Khaz Modan Delving LLC” and I need my dwarven bunker to be in an immersive and active neighborhood.
My horde are WRA in the Bank alt guild “Thrallmar Delving LLC” Never actively recruited for guild, but I even would be willing to admit for guild neighborhoods if that’s useful.
i’m a confirmed Pandaholic. got something like 30+ in my little shao’din. Mostly i’m on WrA because that’s where I built up an IC niche over many years. and i’m not looking for a guild on either WrA or MG. OTOH if I could find a charter neighborhood with a lot of Pandaren, or a Pandaren guild/open neighborhood, the teahouse needs a home. As an IC non-aligned set of characters, neighborhood faction doesn’t matter much. I’ve watched days worth of the VoD explorations and i’ve seen lots of likely spots in both.
I am hoping on a Dwarf community, but consider me an ally of ALL neighborhood groups and initiatives. Im also willing to throw Alts into guilds if that is helpful to people for guild neighborhoods.
May not put my plot there, but you get what I’m saying. I’m highly enthused with neighbors and housing community.
I’m kind of in a weird spot in that, I already KNOW that I’ll be super particular about which plot to pick (already have it narrowed down to a couple in fact), so on the one hand… really want to find a good neighborhood that I’ll vibe with, as well as a new RP guild for my worgen main for that matter… but on the other, also am apt to be super particular about which plot I use, am older and not gonna be on discord a ton, and tend to do things at my own pace. So… just sorta waiting for Remix to chug along, and am hoping that we see various Charters pop up via the in game Communities system.
Was sorta hoping that and the Guild system would get a new coat of paint. Now would have been the perfect time, you know? Neighborhood specific chat channels linked to it, some new or hd tabard icons, revamped achievements or such, heck some new emotes as well, etc etc. The whole social system in general could use an overhaul, even if it winds up just being a light touch up to knock some of the dust off.
They’re making it so that moving house is going to be pretty easy. Basically you decide to move and the game engine moves your house to the new lot, with furnishings intact.
I imagine that house swapping is gonna be a thing, at least within neighborhoods. So maybe if someone has the spot you want but you’re liking the people in the neighborhood you’ll be able to work something out.
