Probably could solo it, use something like this:
So basically using Fel Armor, maintain drain life and Imp’s Fire Shield. Use Shadow Cleave on CD and use Searing Pain. Use your highest rank Firestone as your offhand if you are using a Sword/Dagger main hand weapon.
From the passive thorns damage of Immolation Aura and Fire Shield, using Shadowcleave you will whittle them down, don’t use Drain life on the lowest HP enemy as this is sustaining your HP, and searing pain your priority target. Shadowcleave starts your auto attacks and the firestone adds more damage to them, I recommend enchanting your Main Hand weapon (1.50 speed or less) with Fiery Weapon for more damage (unless you are using a staff). If your weapon isn’t 1.50 speed or less dont worry about it and don’t enchant it, still use the Firestone because of the Fire Damage increase.
Use Vengeance when needed. Demonic Grace on CD. And Infernal Armor whenever you encounter Magic Damage. Healthstones are your friend.
