The most irritating thing in the game are Fates. They expire and pop right back up in a couple minutes. It makes trying to complete a quest in that area very painful. I’m still enjoying it though. I play WoW long enough to get my PF2 chores done, and then go to FF14. It keeps entertained, but WoW will always be king unless Blizz de-thrones it.
I 100% agree with this. I think WoW’s art style is a big reason as to why it’s remained so popular. I’m not sure how exactly to describe it but to me everything in FF14 just looks plastic, the armor(especially cloth armor) reminds me of Polly Pocket clothing that’s just really ill-fitting, and all of the sliders in the world can’t make up for the fact that all but one of the playable races have near-identical body shapes with animal tails or ears slapped on.
Some of the environments and spell effects look okay but they already feel dated and it’s only going to get worse as time goes on because they try too hard to make things look “real”. WoW might have trees with 2D leaves but unless you get right up on them, they still look good because of how stylized everything is.

I changed my mind FFXIV is way better and Wows graphics aren’t better but idk I’m just used to it’s cartoony look
My bf said he watched a recent video of the director of FF stating that he would be interested in doing a crossover with WoW and Diablo.

Really? I’ve tried out Gunbreaker and I gotta say, their survivability is pretty good. I don’t believe I’ve ever given my healers a hard time.
