They start in an instanced version of the Forbidden Reach. I’m not sure if the Forbidden Reach will actually be accessible in the open world during 10.0 as it doesn’t look like there’s actually going to be anything to do there at launch besides the Evoker starting questline. It could be like in Legion where it starts out being only accessible in instanced scenarios before getting opened up for a future patch, which is what I’m expecting from the name.
It looks like Thaldraszus is the end game zone as that’s where the Vault of the Incarnates is located, so Forbidden Reach is just the starting zone for Evokers for now and probably not accessible from the Dragon Isles in 10.0 or is otherwise an abandoned zone outside the Evoker starting questline.
The real question is: how much will S1 AotC cost?

I am just curious what the racial mount will be at this point. Pretty awesome class.
depends when you buy, and how hard the raid is. Will likely go down over the course of the season, but probably won’t reach n’zoth levels of low.

You get one dragon riding capable mount per zone so while a Felsaber-like mount would be awesome, I feel like they don’t really need it.
That doesn’t mean anything, all the data gets added in the prepatch and just needs to get turned on at launch time. The class intro most likely ends with the character going to Stormwind or Orgrimmar, so it’s not like they’d have early access to the DF leveling content.

no, I bet they’ll make you level a toon through the first few chapters to discover them. Then you will need rep to be able to start one.
