Vendors so rewards I cap weekly for don’t feel absolutely useless. Capping feels like a waste of time at that point, therefore, the game feels like a waste of time.
More abilities need to be returned, both utility abilities and core rotational abilities. There needs to be more chances to actually outplay opponents, because right now this game is SO dumbed down compared to pre-Legion.
Being able to mongo down a healer and not even use cc on their teammates never existed as a strat pre-Legion.
Utility is my #1 most wanted. I could go for a hard reset to MoP S15 where every spec had 6 pages in their spellbooks and literally hundreds of interactions between the different classes that are now completely lost.

old school grounding totem/spell reflect abilities (short cd, but only blocked 1 spell- made it feel more skillful to outplay and more skillful for the user when timed correctly)
And mostly just wish they’d bring back like utility/offensive spells for healer being manageable to cast. Kinda dislike how shackling a dk’s abomb costs as much mana as a penance. also just hate how the whole spec is based around atonement healingggg feels like they cant figure out how to balance disc properly cuz atonement and because of that they nerf it then later bandaid fix it. its a huge problem… in b4 2 months from now when they give disc a bandaid fix like saving grace. throws up
Disc rant over; Honestly just wish they’d make content for specific player groups in mind, instead of making 90% of their content for wide audiences, cause all it does is make most content unliked by all the players. It’s a theme blizzard has gone with for a while where they try and please all groups of players with their content and end up making nobody happy.
-Wish raids dropped tier sets and meaningful powerful trinkets/weapons so there was a point to do them (M+ just feels better in every way compared to normal or heroic mode raiding)
-Wish they’d add another cosmetic progression system in the game that was as good as transmog
-Wish they’d recapture the old feel of open world content
-Wish they’d add pvp vendors back so you can target loot you want more specifically
-Systems that let you show off how good you were at your class like legion mage tower
-Wish they’d make 2400 a new title like elite, and made gladiator 2700 at least
I just can’t understand why they make healer utility spells have such ridiculous mana costs in a mana conservative meta. If every match was over 3 minutes in and mana was irrelevant I wouldn’t care. I haven’t specced cyclone in 3s outside of RMX this entire season. I’m a five year long restoration druid main who can’t use an ability to that allows me to seperate myself from fotm rerollers. Healer CC just shouldn’t cost mana. Hex, Shackle, Cyclone, Psychic Fear, eathbind totem, HoJ, Rep, Mind Control should all be free to cast. It makes healers active participates in the dang arena rather than some 3rd wheel monkey that’s only job is to make sure health bars stay at 100 for as long as possible.
Also please for the love of god blizzard buff Disc healing.* Try to keep them where they run out of gas at 3mins or so. That’s only fair when they play all-in style comps like jungle/cupid/rmp. But watching a ww/dk mow them down in 45 seconds at 2500mmr isn’t funny anymore. I’m legitimately watching priests that are downright gods of the spec die in a minute to ww/dk on the ladder.
*This is coming from someone that hates healers that deal high amounts of damage (WOTC/MelWIngs/Disc). Every spec deserves to be viable. Disc isn’t there and hasn’t been since you nerfed them on the PvE side AND the PvP side with 8.1 in December. Fix it.
I can’t cast any of my defensives vs a dh because I’m too oom and/or it gets instantly purged.
Honestly, I’d love to see more proactive patches, buffs and nerfs. This expansion has been thee worst that I’ve ever seen in regards to patching problematic classes, mechanics or skills. Classes should not go months over tuned until a major patch or new arena season. It’s awful.
