Things WoW Needs

Not wants. Needs. Maybe wants too if there’s a good reason.

List them!

WoW needs…

I dunno. It’s an interesting question because as a video game, can you really say anything is needed? I’ve never really thought on it before.

More class diversity in terms of story/lore if not game play, maybe?

Another mail class.

Maybe two.

I think that qualifies as “shots fired”

in no particular order,

1: a duel wield pistol spec (either for hunters or rogues)

2 : playable Dryads. (frost nymph model preferably, but any/all will do) really, anything that breaks the standard issue humanoid mold would be welcome (the whole 2 arms, 2 legs things is so last 15yrs)

3: Bunny mount, Snake mount, and Chariot Mount that selects a favorited mount to pull it.

4: tamable ferret hunter pets

5: nelf paladins, tauren/draenei rogues, and some more druids that break the status-quo expectations mold the way kul tirans did.

6: and last but not least: a few helms that don’t vanish our hair, and please, please, please- SKIRTS that don’t disappear our legs. mid-thigh length, kneecap, something that doesn’t end below the ankle.

thanks in advance. :hugs:

Sarcasm noted, my good sir!

Good, high resolution, neutral “building block” transmog appearances… the kind of designs you’d expect of vanilla items, except high rez so their textures look like they were originally painted in 2020, not back in 2001/2002 during the original game’s development.

Vanilla/TBC gear is great for cobbling together your own unique look, except it’s all a blurry mess compared to anything newer. New stuff is usually too heavily themed and/or flashy to be easily remixed.

A good expansion. Please blizzard, take your time on SL, rather have a good expac that came slowly than a rushed one that came quick.

Well, people already got all of mine.

Honorable mention for this one.

Oh, and we also need playable kelfin and sethrak.

Off-topic: For some reason, our names being similar makes me smile any time I see you post.

On-top: the tortollans as an AR, but handled like that Pandaren in that they can choose their faction.

Aww well I’m glad! It originally came from a Neverwinter Nights random name generator for my druid character there… probably 20 years ago? :older_man:t4:

If we had to have another neutral race, they’d be pretty entertaining. Them or Tuskarr.

How about different character archetypes for each race since the vast majority paint them as insane murderous bad guys or the exact opposite.
I’ve only seen a few of each race that isn’t just a complete stereotype of the race, as in poorly written and usually doesn’t have a real reason to act the way they do.
I can remember most of the characters that didn’t follow the boring stereotype that most of their race does, and it’s far too few.

I dislike tortollans immensely, there voices are so cringey. So far I think the only customization options would be skin color.

Aw, I’m sorry to hear that. Something about their old person grandpa grandma demeanor makes me chuckle.
