How are we not all infested with parasites from all the questionable foods we eat?

Well I’ve been from Gnomeragen to Mechagon to Oribos and seen levels of technology that amazed me and yet no where in the universe is there an actual working modern toilet. People are still using outhouses.
It wouldn’t take much to make modern toilets a real thing. Just say in one of those books that so and so did this and then used the toilet.

Hard, invisible, walls. The longer we go the more they seem to put in. It used to be very rare to expect to be able to jump over a banister and hit an invisible force field. Now it feels like they are everywhere

How does anyone, usually an NPC we are all supposed to be sad about, die and stay dead when there are thousands of people running about with rez spells?

This very thing used to happen at the Xroads in Vanilla. If you were at least friendly with Org and you dueled someone that was neutral the guards would kill them. I can’t 100% remember if you were both neutral if they would kill you both or not though.

If I whisper to someone, they can hear me across the continent, the planet, or even across planes of reality, but if I yell they can only hear me if they’re nearby.
