Being completely honest and very serious here it sounds like your friend is really unwell. A schizophrenic (white) woman near my hometown was shot and killed by police recently after leaving her house with an old hunting rifle and walking through downtown with it during a manic episode.
Please go and look after your friend in person if you have to and don’t leave her until she is well
This has little to do with the election , its all her mind, and her mind is not going to heal just because the protests stop or the election ends
