Sure staring at a wall of LFG channel text is so much better. Having to be sitting at a summoing stone as the group leader and not be able to move while waiting for the last person is better.
I want the freedom to do stuff while the group forms instead of being shackled by the group making.

I’ve been waiting all of classic for dual spec and the RDF. If there’s no RDF in wrath I’m done with classic. It won’t be hard to quit. I quit retail years ago and it didn’t bother me at all.

Having multiple paths to the same destination is a good thing.

Debatable.
I did too and people sucked most of the time.
Just wait until ZA, ZG 5-man LFD runs. Assuming LFD even survives.
The argument against it is weak IMO, I think it’d be more beneficial to connect all players. There’s still LFG channel for those that want to stand around and spam. I don’t want to join a megaserver to be able to find dungeons at odd hours. It’s seems odd to me that people IN guilds that apparently has a group of friends that are mostly against it.

Different player bases. Look at raiding in Classic and TBC classic. Players are much better with much more knowledge. People keep forgetting there were so many new players in wrath. Thats not the case anymore.

Yer I know. The availability or lack thereof won’t even affect players like you or me, it’s a typical “f u got mine” mindset from people on megaservers and people who otherwise don’t care (and short-sighted morons who probably can’t see this coming and will cop exactly what you’ve said, who will then rush to the forums crying about it when it happens to them).
