With there being so many creatures that can sneak around in illusion magic, and most human cities having only a thousand citizens, you’re starting to wonder just how big part of your tax payer are actually non-humans in disguise.

Well yes. It was quite a prevalent theme in Legion, especially for demonhunters, with demons hidden among us throughout the questline zones and cities alike. And now again this xpack, with the K’thir in Boralus.
