They still haven't fixed the "Gutter Work" quest?

I’ve seen posts about this quest being bugged back in September and it’s still not fixed half a year later??? Wtf.

What needs to be fixed? I did this very recently on an alt, had zero issues. If it’s bugged:

Seems bugged to me. I have the emerald necklace in my bag, but every time I click on it it says “you don’t meet the requirements.” So I’m literally locked out of completing that questchain.

Was happening to me for a while, but didn’t worry about it until now because it’s the very last thing I need for both Sojourner of Azj-Kahet and Loremaster of Khaz Algar… I have the Necklace in my bag still, and as of this week it now just tells me I completed the quest…

Update: ID10T error - just deleted the Necklace from my bag. Then, a small seashell appeared at the “That’s Pretty Gross” map marker offering the quest to begin the Gutter Work questline. Done!
