Nobody ever uses it unless you’re in a very specific circumstance, I feel like it’s something we should be using as much as possible but the cast time to use it makes it super awkward to use, basically making it only useful in certain situations like catching up to your party or for the high end mythic+ players using it to pull massive groups but for regular players in a pug group it literally never gets used, it’s almost completely useless when in combat, it would feel way better if it was instant cast.
