It is stupid that everything is Need/Greed nowadays. Everything is a roll of a die. While personal loot wasn’t the best system, it still meant that when running content eventually you would get something, usually at least 1 item from a full raid clear. But now you are competing against other people, and even if the underlying numbers are the same it feels incredibly terrible to lose roll after roll after roll. And the times you would have won, someone who doesn’t need the item rolls on it to trade to someone else.
Need/greed has been and always will be the worst loot system in the game and literally no one wants it. Hell they would prefer ML over it in most instances. Blizzard for the love of god just swap back to personal loot as a req, and only allow need/greed or ML when in full guild groups (80%+ being members).
