Tbf Mail wearers were terrible since forever.
But one particular issue… THOSE STUPID SHOULDERS on the Venthyr armor, we had big shoulder before but jesus christ those things are ridiculous.

The necrolord leather is brutal looking. What class’s class fantasy is it even supposed to fit?
While some gear may not look amazing, I think they have the best legendary set… it looks absolutely amazing. I’m a clothie main… and I’m jealous.

as a hunter i lol at you. leather is fine compared to mail, it looks so fugly and more like plate then anything.
they seem to not know what “mail” is. they always make it look like leather or the metal looks to chunky, looking like plate

Some devs won’t let the 80’s go. they will bring back big shoulders or die trying.
Ah the 80’s, shirts with shoulder pads, jackets with pads. Fully dressed up you were almost ready for full contact (US) football.
I personally find the Bastion Plate Shoulders to be the most egregious this time around.

Leather is so much better off than Mail in the appearance department.
Just keep checking the prices. My 235 helm dropped 80k in price in a single day.

Nah, Ardenweald leather looks great. Leveling leather is fine. The raid/rated set in particular is great.
All the rest sucks for sure though.

Kyrian leather gear is gorgeous!! Love it.
Looks even worse without the helmet on because they go so high. And when you move they look really dumb.
The set is completely ruined by the shoulders IMO. Destroyed my motivation to even bother with them.
They do look better on females though since they are smaller. And maybe elves.
