Please tell me this will get fixed. Clique the addon has not been updated in a long time, so I’m concerned.
You’ve benched at least one healer with this update, wonder how many others can’t play?
Why would it be on Blizz to fix? The developers of Clique are the ones who need to update their addon.
I use mouseovers so I’m fine.

Most addons are broken. Give it time, it will be updated.

they should build in the full functionality baseline before killing an important addon. addons have been carrying their game and making them money for decades, so maybe they’d consider that? Just a thought from an insanely long-time paying customer of theirs.
Since when is clique required for LFR?
They are posting on a mage lol. This comment makes no sense. They likely have a healer for their actual raids, so no idea where you’re coming from here.

No. No, they do not consider that. When they revamped the UI it destroyed many addons. And the subsequent UI updates created a hell for addon developers. It is Blizzards game. I agree that certain addon functionalities should be added, but it is not Blizz’ responsibility to make sure that every update they do is compatible with every addon.
Unless Blizz has changed whatever the addon developers use to block whatever Clique does, it is entirely in the hands of the addon creators. You think I’ve had a good time with ElvUI today?

I hope you’re right, I’m updating other addons and dropping anything I’m not using, will try it again.
What is Clique used for? This is the first time hearing about this addon.

someone can explain it smarter, but it makes it easier to have mouseover abilities set.
For example instead of a mouseover macro or whatever, I can set Clique to set one of my keyboard or mouse buttons to an ability on my hot bar, then just mouse over and their character bar to use that ability.
So the exact same as a mouse over macro, got it
Yes, just automated. At least as far as I know because I’ve never set real mouseover macros.

Woke up this morning to an update to Clique. I think everything will be ok.
This happens every update. Your addons need to be updated. If there isn’t an update that fixes it, it means the addon developer is probably still working on it.
You can bind spells to mouse clicks on party frames. Left/Right-click, Shift-Left/right Click, Ctrl-Left/Right-click, and so on
