me as a dk now fighting against the ghoul alongside the argent priest
I wasnt around for that, you telling me zombies run everywhere killing everything? npcs? players?.. everything?!!
if so… please do this… omg.
I logged in and my framerate tanked due to the number of zombies.
It’s gonna get real old, real fast.
lol watching Swifty and he got to 0 fps and had to alt-f4.
I hope they drop that event, or limit it to only npc zombie mobs. I’m not going to have the patience or desire to try to do the pre-patch lore stuff with the quests if all that’s going to happen is people will try to troll me to the point where I can’t bother actually reading the quest.
Blizzard, if I wanted to do that, I’d turn on war mode.
Yep it’s amazing.
Sorry you got a potato, have you tried upgrading to a Dorito?
Good news, there is ways to avoid it. Wiccan to my dismay has been telling everyone the multiple ways of doing so.
It was only kinda fun in Wrath because it was the focal point and there were really no way to harass quest givers, flight masters, etc easily, if at all.
All this will do is feed the damned trolls in this community and make a lot of players not even want to participate in the pre-patch.
Not if you’re trying to do the pre-patch questlines and the world boss event, which is a major damn problem given this community’s trend to being a utter jerk.
I never experienced this back in the day. I just spent 3 hours fighting as a ghoul then rezzing and fighting ghouls in storm wind.
That was the most fun I’ve had in the game in years. Even recorded some of it.
This is awesome and it promotes people grouping up to deal with the zombies - a raid formed and they were slowly working their way through retaking the city.
You do know that isn’t true right… I’m seriously doubting you was around during this event if you believe this at all.
Actually I was, and I don’t know what server you were on, but the ghouls on my server barely got very far into the trade district.
So shove that comment.
All this event will do is annoy other players this go around and drop playtime even more than it is currently. For that reason alone, don’t bet on the event surviving to live.
Seeing the same level of complaints and threatening to leave this time around as WoTLK. They still kept it up for a full week back then. It’ll be fine. We knew this was coming they promised it to us at Blizzcon and now they are delivering. There is more people hyped then there is people miffed. So the few tears in the sandbox won’t ruin it.
Oh! I just thought of another way players could avoid the ghouls…
If they do, have fun with your troll-fest. I’ll be refraining from playing the pre-patch for a couple weeks until the trolls get bored or they wise up and turn it off.
I don’t recall fully but last time it was only a few days or that is what it felt like. It really won’t be that much of a wait. You’ll be fine. Although it’d be best if you logged in and got a couple achieves from it.
Except it’ll probably be bugged to hell and back because noone can actually test anything due to…guess what…PEOPLE TROLLING AS FREAKING ZOMBIES, because that’s great decision making isn’t it?!
I have a R7 3600 and RTX 2060.
Definitely not a potato.
My framerate tanked just outside Boralus due to the sheer number of zombies.
There were literally thousands of them there near the training dummies.
Unless they’re pushing their hard left SJW propaganda. Then there’s no comments at all…
It taught the CDC about as much as a salt and vinegar volcano teaches geologists. It didn’t demonstrate anything that wasn’t already known. Unfortunately the CDC can only recommend. When the executive branch of the government decides to downplay all the warnings and ignore the recommendations, there’s not much the CDC can do.
You act as if the President can tell the states what to do in this situation.
Hint, he can’t.
The governors are part of the executive branch too. Besides, the President can do plenty. He had no qualms about sending troops into Portland unsolicited.
