They need to have an area for farming in all expansion. Like a farming area for horde and alliance. So food can be grown like back in the day of the panadas

MoP is my second favorite xpac due to the Halfhill Farm. Whatever xpac brings that back will be my number one favorite. It was SO fun.

It always boggles my mind when people rave about how much they love the farm. Because back when it was current, people despised it and begged Blizz not to do it again. Blizz actually had to put out a statement back then when they announced Warlords that the farm wouldn’t carry over, but certain elements from it may make their way into something new. All because people hated that farm so much.

The farming part of MoP I ignored, because I found it was a boring activity.
Farmville doesn’t belong in WoW.

Nothing will ever beat the first timeless isle area. I enjoyed that place immensely. It has never been replicated since.

I kinda started the farm / cooking stuff in Pandaria but never kept up with it. At the time it didnt really draw me in.
I wouldnt be opposed to a farming activity as an extra thing to do. Iʻd participate if i have time and it seems worth the effort
Farming was a thing in panda-land, because the pandas were food-centric, right?
We had a farm in the Garrison as well, but it was just a blob of herbs to, well, herb. Just like the mine.
I don’t miss the farm.
And I don’t miss “they need to do this every expansion forever” constantly piling more and more “must haves” that aren’t really core gameplay.

They removed Archaeology for a reason.

I honestly didn’t hate it. It was kind of relaxing to me. Was kind of soothing to farm some in the game. But that’s just me. 
I love running the tiller and farm content again and again.

Shockingly, not everyone has the same tastes.
I loved the farm. For nostalgia’s sake I still go back and do the Tillers rep on every new alt.

Why would the developers spend time and resources on a feature that was barely used in the expansion it was introduced in?
Closest thing we had to player housing until WoD tried (and stumbled at) doing it.

Never got into the farm but in Mists pet battling definitely became my endgame. They still do stuff with that, like pet raids, but I long for more.
