Hello!
I’ve been looking all over for Mor’Vek to start the quest chain for “They Grow Up So Fast”. I can’t find him where all of the resources show that he should be. I also can’t find any answers online about whether this NPC / quest line is actively a part of Wow Classic TBC.
Can anyone tell me if this quest / NPC is accessible… if so, why can’t I find my guy?

From what I’m reading online, that NPC is supposed to give quests for the Ravasaur mount rep, but was never actually added into the game.
It was in the game at one point. I have myself completed this quest and owned this mount on retail.
They probably added it back when they made the changes to the Wintersaber mount rep? They nerfed it hard and made it super easy to get. The Ravasaur trainer was supposed to be its horde counterpart.
It was added in patch 3.3, which was wotlk.
