3 players I spoke to today have returned from anniversary back to SoD. Citing slow grind and boring class as the main reason for returning.
SoD is the best version of classic and I predict many will return.

I couldn’t sleep log on at 3am and joined a 40m SE pug which we cleared with no problem. I didnt get jack sh1t on my mage, but still. It went surprisedly well.

most players I know are going to MoP but will return for SoM 3.
I have 6 people in my guild from SoD on Cataclysm Classic (Pagle) who said SoD is extremely dead. There’s even videos going around from streams showing just how dead SoD is. All aboard MoP classic train!! 
This is fake. My server actually has more new players as I often message low level toons and ask if they are new and 7/10 times the answer is “yeah just come from cata or mop”.

For what? A game on life support where the only content that gets run is naxx and SE? Where PvP is so hideously unbalanced that most just don’t bother?
