Yeah my wife screwed us over. Last year we were gonna buy the house we are renting. Had 15k for down payment and we’re going to do 15 yr mortgage. Would have come out to 1250/m. She lost control and went on a spending spree and wiped it all out. Now that same house with same set up is 2100/m.
