300~ honor for a 20 min ~ game, avg piece of gear is like 15k… this is insane, just bring the buff back from pre patch. the only viable way to get any decent honor is turning in marks and that just means more bgs
all im saying is it would be really nice to see some action about this, horde have long q times, and ally get stomped in most bgs. so maybe show us all some love and get us into the arena faster?
IT is absolutely insane. No wonder they can’t hold their subscriber base anymore. The game needs to be brought up to modern times.
im not hating cause i love arena, i think its a problem easily fixed so everyone can get into arena and not get 1 shot faster, but its like man, i dont wanna rank again. so idk if i should just like, play 30 games of arena weekly and wait for season 2, or what , but i am still burnt out on bgs and this is rough

I tried to mention that in season 1 NOT A SINGLE PERSON MADE THIS CONVERSATION…
But we are sitting here with thread after thread talking about how PvE players are showered with epics and strong blue upgrades day after day and PvP players have to PvP all day everyday for weeks and months to get a single upgrade.
It’s ok though, Kaivax can put season 4 (updated to season 3) restrictions on gear no one is going to buy anyway, while the community complains about how hard it is to get garbage blue set pieces while everyone gets one shotted in pvp anyway.

Yeah the first season’s PVP gear was a grind. You’ll be happy to know that in the next season the cost of honor gear will be reduced by 20%.

This is rather accusatory… I’ve always supported some changes, when I believe in them.
I am kinda in disbelief that this is how it’s was because as I remember it the problem I was having in old TBC was getting the tokens from BG’s that I didn’t like doing; namely they were not AB / WSG.
Yeah, it was 15 years ago though. Memory fades and changes over time. Memory has always been unreliable.
Honor from AV in original TBC must have been WAY better. I think I remember getting the honor from AV and then having to get marks elsewhere for the gear.
My main ended TBC with only 10300 kills and had NO issue, at any time getting honor gear.
it was a fun thing for prepatch that allowed a ton of people to get most of the gear lol…
Trouble is, I’m not the only one that remembers it that way, it’s quite a lot of people. Are they all wrong? Im not saying I’m right; just pointing out the community of information is quite a resource.

How many is “a ton?” That’s nice for those people. They prepared for the expac and have a small advantage for it.
