I just inputted my current healing breakdown into ai and had it run the numbers for the holy priest buffs and its about ~25% more healing. Over 90% of that is heals that are insta cast. Hpriest will be great next week. on a side note is the 4 pc on holy worth it?
I guess they didn’t want all those discs to have their gear go to waste.

Not looking forward to this, hpriest and rogue paired together takes forever for any of them to die.
imo yeah but it’s also not game changing. I’m just accepting a 2 week wait for it, crafting 2 675 pve pieces, accepting 675 tier gloves from bloody token conversion, and stacking fat stats with 2pc right now. my main has a higher ilvl than my alt (which has 4 set) and more gems which feels like enough to make it better
I’ll be happy as long as we don’t become fotm; would much rather be S tier but not head and shoulders above any other healer. how else will I be a marginalized hipster who holds moral superiority for staying loyal to his main spec?

I like that they’re making the spec playable again but I wish the individual ability tuning weren’t so lopsided. I liked the diversity of our healing profile in S1 despite the spec being absolute garbage; feels kinda corny when all of our healing is coming from serenity/pom/mastery
most do. a healthy haste/mastery split is also perfectly viable and way more fun than the slow motion gameplay of 100% mastery. also way easier to death and farm chastise and you get significant cdr on pom, which is our top heal as pom spec and will be #1 by a country mile come tuesday
tbh we have plenty of healing if nothing else and I think max mastery is a waste of stats. however, if you struggle with APM or optimizing your globals intuitively on holy, I’d probably recommend stacking mastery
catch me bullying other healers (especially hpals) like a small town cop who was stuffed into lockers in high school

If the buffs are as big as they look then it will definitely become fotm.
I already got my mog and kinda shelving the disc(only capping and gearing so I can send boxes to alts) till I decide to afk in rss to grab conq boxes for alts as well.
Moved on to hpal for mog… Then rdruid/rsham.
More than likely try and push higher as hpal. It’s my favorite healer to play even though its mid atm.
