Nameplate on gravestone at 37.95, 52.81 in Heroes’ Rest, Val’sharah, Broken Isles is bugged. Highlights, but not clickable. Will not spawn rare Theryssia, preventing advancing Deal With It Personally for DH Class Order Campaign (and Legion flying, by extension, for DH mains).

Same problem. No matter what I do, clicking on the gravestone will not spawn Theryssia. Trying to finish the demon hunter quest line…

Same problem for me. I also submitted a bug report. I tried dropping the quest, disabling addons, picking up the quest again, having another player try on his character, completing other quest chains in the area - no dice. I see other players standing around in the same spot, seemingly also lost. Hopefully this gets fixed soon so we can all move on.

Same issue here. Hopefully it’ll be fixed from the reset tomorrow.
Fixed with weekly reset.
