i’ve sat in like 10 hours of bg ques while leveling from 10 - 55 and I haven’t got a single que pop.
And before someone says that nobody is queing, there is NO WAY that blizz cant find 20 people to put together across all their servers. The que is just bugged at low levels and i think its because of that XP thing

To be fair, when I leveled the week before prepatch, I didn’t get any BG queues to pop either.
Keep in mind though, queuing RDF pauses the BG queue.
Don’t think they’re bugged, the 70 brackets pop. Leveling is just too fast to warrant running them and dealing with full heirloom fire mages and hunters. If the XP was good they’d still get run, Blizzard probably overnerfed the XP from them.
