I don’t get it at this point? Are they waiting to see how the population goes before opening a second Oceanic server? There is a whole other server waiting in the queue. Get it sorted blizzard.

Literally anyone could have predicted that OCE needed another PVP server. Really don’t understand why we didn’t get one
not even peak oceanic playing time either it will be putrid tonight and all weekend

Do you really want a replica of frostmourne and barthilas? It’s just classic hype. In a week the server queue will either vanish or reduce drastically and we won’t have to worry about faction imbalance.
you could just merge them at that point so people paying money can play for that week, which i think will take longer to go a way. this isnt even peak time for oce

Dude it’s not even peak Aus time. Imagine at 3 pm when everyone finishes work. I understand where you’re coming from but this just isn’t feasible.

One was never enough.
Blizzard is so obsessed with not having a bunch of low pop realms 3 months from now that they seem willing to alienate huge chunks of players right now by not letting them play.
The crazy thing is this was their chance to offer a legitimate alternative to private servers, but of course they figure out a way to botch even that.

Most US servers have over 10k queue times with over 10 pvp servers. We have 1 pvp server with a 10k queue. We aren’t the majority and probably won’t be heard by blizzard anyway.
They aren’t giving any updates either like just speak up and say something if your going to refuse a new server for us.
They have layering/sharding where we can add servers to deal with “classic hype” without needing a new realm. When the classic hype dies down they can just remove some layers and no one would even know.
There should 100% not be any queues for this. This is horrible service delivery standards, ITIL would be very dissapoint

There’s no need for a new realm, we already have another dead PVP realm. We won’t transfer to it as we’ve bonded with our community on Arugal for 4 out of 6 phases.
It’s layer or quit playing altogether.
The only way the queues are vanishing in a week is if they turn layering back on. Their “careful observation” was neither careful or very observant. The server is simply too populated to exist on a single layer.
With the obscene numbers of Chinese bots, players getting their first few resets of AQ done and the residual effects of Arugal being the only PvP server available at release means Arugal will not be able to be sustained on a single layer unless Blizzard takes some extreme steps in regards to population management.
