There Should be Requirements For New Players Before Tanking A Dungeon

I noticed he has another thread that I answered to as well. Thanks for pointing it out, as I hadn’t realized he was a troll. It must be bed time. lol

What if only new players, with accounts no older than, say, six-weeks, were allowed to queue as tank? An account age of at least one year is required for DPS.

:relieved:

And people like you are one of the reasons there are few tanks.

Counterpoint: roll a tank, and then you’ll never have to deal with a tank you think is worse than you.

Lol thank you, it’s taken years to find a mix of armor to look okay with it

This guy will be the same one crying there are no tanks. This attitude is why there is a shortage in pugs.

I think rude inconsiderate people shouldn’t be able to play this game but alas they are so new players can tank.

This is a horridly bad take.

And folks wonder why there are so few tanks. It’s always the same reason . Community

Wish we had downvote on fourms.

Yeah. I’ll never attempt to learn taking and this is one reason why.

I’m a terrible person. I make fun of guild mates who use healing add-ons. (They know it’s all in good fun though)

Bind marks and markers to your key board and show them the route and what to attack.

This is what’s wrong with the community. “There’s a newbie in my group!” well maybe you should do your duty as part of this community and help them rather than complain about it.

Theres a murloc icon above their head if you sign up as a guide. Though the role of guides is to teach and offer help so this person is setting a bad example if they are one.

I don’t mind longer dungeons if there’s new or inexperienced players who clearly are just around to have a good time. But holy giblets an hour and twenty six minute waycrest? At that point I would’ve just noped out in sheer frustration at how the glaciers moved faster than this group.

is a joke right?

teach them? so u get better tanks later on…

not every1 knows how each tank works 100% but im sure even if u didnt tank before know the basics , how to pull , LOS , usage of CDS and what not…

another solution, quit the group?

Oh op,how else does a new tank learn,ok we should start making another book to read so tanking would be done right. Question is who’s going to read it and how would it applied in game in the first place?

Oh and place all the map routes in it,how nice and how boring, but times a wasting!

I mean you can leave the dungeon at anytime, there isn’t anything holding you there other than a debuff for leaving early.

I heard if you are unsatisfied with your tank you can create a tank and do it yourself. But that’s probably crazy talk.
