There is now a good reason to play HC Fresh

Dual spec, instant mail, debuff limit removed on new HC fresh servers. There is now a good incentive to actually play on the new HC servers now.

Also I think it would be great to let the servers progress into TBC.

After working through a great deal of player feedback, we’ve decided to provide some additional changes that will be a part of Anniversary Realms.

• Instant mail between characters on the same account
• The removal of the buff/debuff limit
• Dual specs

Instant mail and removal of the buff/debuff limit will be implemented at launch, and dual spec will be enabled at a later date.

Yes, they specifically stated it is part of the Anniversary Realms, and fresh HC server is part of the Anniversary Realms.

Guys this is fine, it wasn’t in the game at all during vanilla; but we’re DEAD SET on not allowing more than 1 dungeon of each type per day!

You left out the fact that fresh will be the only HC servers since they destroyed the others /s

The others are still under maintenance. They are fixing bugs that could lead to deaths that are not detrimental in non-hc, so the normal realms are back up while they continue to work on Skull Rock and Defias Pillager.
