I’m looking for a tool to make it easier the dungeon and raid scheduling. Does anyone know if there is a planner website or addon so the members can reserve place?

Not for classic but there are for modern wow.
Might be easiest to set up something like a Google calendar and have everyone create a free gmail account using their character name.
