There aren't any portals in Cleft of Shadow

Calling of Council tells me to take the portal from Orgrimmar to Dalaran in the Cleft of Shadow, but there aren’t any visible to me. What’s going on?

All the portals are now in the new portal room. Talk to a guard they should mark your map. It’s basically inside the front wall. Start like you are going to leave Org on foot and turn left at the first corner instead of right.

It really makes no sense to me that they moved it to the front gates. I think near the middle/back of the city would be a more… defensible location to me.

There is no portal option on a guard dialogue.
