It seems like every 4th or 5th quest doesn’t respond to my clicking. I can wait 5 minutes and nothing works. I have to log out and come back in to get them to work.

If you mean the NPCs with quest markers that wont give you the next quest, I find that moving about 20 yds away from them and then coming back, will fix it. It was an occasional problem in the last expansion, but now it’s happening all the time.

Ok so this is not just me then. Also, this has been happening for a number of expansions now. Also yes, I have noticed it really bad lately. That’s what I have to do, close window, walk a few steps away, walk back and continue. I thought maybe it’s my crap internet path somewhere, but no, my pets are always following me lag free, just no NPC quest response at times.

This started happening at the end of Shadowlands. It happens to a certain type of quest. There are quests in Legion class halls this consistently happens with.

Yea there are a few bugged quests here and there among some other minor bugs. I hope they get squashed quick. Actually it was not the quest so much, it was things in Azj-Kahet that I noticed issues and a few quest bugs.
edit: It is like they need a QA team, you know the people you should never let go.
Or even /rl if you have DBM.
And even then, as you say, it’s still faster to walk away.

yeah its even happening with old legacy quests.
The sooner you drop that hope, the better you’ll feel.

interesting that the game about doing quests for npcs has problems with talking to npcs 20 years down the road.
guess it is what it is.
I have to do this quite regular currently. Seems like maybe every 3rd or 4th quest pickup from a given a NPC. It’s just become muscle memory at this point to run away and then back to them.

This and /reload ui both work for me.
Although it’s been annoying.
now we can confirm that it happens to all, will blizzard do something about it since its been happening for over a year now
