It happens. Usually they hide in the Vale at the engy AH it in a CT phase to avoid other players.
Can confirm here this morning too, came looking around for this. I end up reporting them all. They are also all in the same guild so hopefully they get rid of them that way.
Same guild thing is sus, but a bunch of low levels around the ah generally isn’t, but yea, if they’re all from the same guild I’d probably report
If they are all in the same guild, then chances are it is one person with multiple accounts.
There is a person who runs 4 feral druids at a time and farms Tuskarr Tackleboxes in the Waking Shores. Over the course of 3 months, I reported 28 druids for botting. I received 9 e-mails from Blizzard CS within that 3-month timeframe thanking me for my reports and that account/character actions were imposed.
I was watching this guy for months. Each time 4 druids would get banned, he would create 4 more, boost all 4 to 60 and start framing again. This person has 4 guilds full of nothing but druids. 2 on Area-52 and 2 on Illidan.
If they are all in the same guild and are all wearing the same level gear, then it’s more than likely 1 person botting.
Yes, even worse is we know people pay more money on monthly subscriptions to these bots than for the WoW sub.
“EazyAH WoW” for instance is one.
Blizzard needs to go nuclear and license out riot vanguard at this point.
Most likely here too yes.
They are all level 10 vulperas, all from the same “Zyzzarica” guild on Illidan. There are less this morning, and they’re not on giant drake mounts, but always sitting at both Tunderbluff Auctioneers, most of them AFK, I see one move from time to time, fly to the bank / guild bank and then return.
My take is they run scripts to buy stuff from the AH, then when full, the person goes to empty them in banks and return.
More of them reported this morning.
EDIT: they just all vanished a few minutes after posting this.
