Leveling a toon in Westfall. See a bot farming Defias in the mountains. Doing the Waterlords quest in Silithus. See a bot killing elementals for essences. Leveling a night elf in Teldrassil, see a bot literally just running back and forth between two points, killing everything in range.
Look up ores on the AH, see an auction house bot (named DiscöùntÄH) listing dozens of single stacks of copper and tin for 1 copper bid. Bid on it and the AH bot cancels and puts it back up for 1 copper, so that the auctions of real people don’t appear without scrolling for 4 or 5 pages.
See a multi-boxer bot with toons that have names like “gdrma”, “gdrmb”, “gdrmc”, “gdrmd” and “gdrme” killing Troggs that I need for a quest by the boatload, knowing that they are just leveling those toons to sell for real life money.
Seriously. This need to stop. It’s like a fourth of the people I see out in the world these days are friggen bots. Blizzard needs to get their act together!

1am PST on Whitemane. We STILL have a queue at this time.
Standing in front of RFC for 30 minutes, i have seen at least 30 different spam name mages pop in and out of the instance.

Some people will tell you there are no bots. They are liars.

There totally are NOT three bots (Troll Hunter x2, Orc Hunter x1) in the Charred Vale on Sulfuras right now. These are totally legit players who just so happen to be grinding the same harpies over each other. These are also totally legit players who A/D-key turn, walk to the minimum range for auto-shot, A/D-key turn, and resume auto-shooting.
Totally not bots. Legit players totally focus on downing that Bloodfury Roguefeather when one of their totally-not-bots players is being shivved by a Dorf Rogue.

I truly believe Blizzard is doing everything in their power to kill classic wow so they can say “see you thought you did” and they have hopes that the player base will then give shadow-lands a try, I cant think of any other reason they would let things get as bad as they have.
Blizzard never wanted to do classic in the first place and I don’t think they care about it at all, to them its all about, how can we get these people to move to retail, I truly think that is their only thought processes atm.

i think it’s just corporate greed to deal with the bots would have to hire more people it’s just all the corporate guys making the decisions and sadly these bot accounts pay the same 15 a month we do i can see them with the logic of not wanting to kill the prophet as well as the cost it would be to deal with it
absolutely sucks for us players that just want a fun legit game

I see the same things on my server. It’s sickening.

I saw 10 mages disenchanting/boosting enchanting at the same time. It was impressive.
Herod is literally overrun by bots. 10-15 horde hunters in basically every zone all running on a fixed path. Please do something about it. Single reporting isnt doing anything.

Doesn’t seem like activision gives a flying flip. Why do they care if the in-game economy is ruined or if cheaters are multi-boxing with bots to sell lvl 60 characters for real money? As long as they are subscribed and paying activision money they don’t care if they cheat or hack or bot. It’s pathetic.
Too many problems present definitely contributed to my loss of interest in Classic. Doesn’t feel like Blizzard is doing enough to keep this place running smoothly. Not worth paying for it anymore. Oh well. Had fun while it lasted.

As a multiboxer who necessary has to put a lot more time and effort into the game to get anywhere, botting really pisses me off. Luckily on my server I rarely encounter them, except for the level 5 orc rogue in wailing caverns just fishing for 23 hours/day.
