Theory: Draenor/Outland is attached to Azeroth by the Emerald Dream

Now this isn’t something that’s explicitly stated, but I’ve got a theory that it might be true, given the evidence:

Faerie Dragons exist in Draenor, mostly in Shadowmoon Valley.

Anzu and the old Druid class quests to obtain Flight Form, was done on Outland.
“His will has been broken and dominated by the Sethekk cult,[2][3] who have brought him out of the Shadow Realm to attack the Emerald Dream.[4]

So, even the Arrakoa found out a way to attack the Emerald Dream, from Outland no less. That must mean that such a link is possible to create, and might’ve even existed prior, maybe they’re just tapping into what was already there. The Emerald Dream is theorized to have existed before the Titans, they just made it easier to access.

We already know the Titans visited Draenor, just that it had no ‘world soul’ so they just moved on after creating those rock giants (which Ogres and Orcs are descended from, they had a ‘curse of flesh’ kinda thing happen as well) placed down to keep the Everbloom overgrowth in check from consuming the planet.

Draenor was already over-saturated with life.

If this is true, it’d be a very easy explanation to Orc and perhaps Draenei Druids in the future. They’d just need to flesh it out a bit more.

I think it’s attached due to a Dark Portal.

That would actually be really cool-

If such a portal existing also links realms beyond-sight, like ED and even Shadowlands and stuff like that.

It WOULD make sense, given the people that died on Draenor, we saw in Shadowlands too.

The Emerald Dream is stated in the Lore Books found in the Emerald Dream Zone to be a Blueprint for all Worlds not just Azeroth but other Planets and the Cosmic Realms as well.

Incidentally the Great Dark Beyond was the result of a World of Light and Void shattering due to the conflict within it so that World’s original form probably resembled the Emerald Dream to begin with before it shattered with it’s Land Masses joining together to form Planets.

The Emerald Dream is shown to have Layers that represent the initial versions of the Blueprint where the previous instances of the Worlds exist incomplete with the land dropping off at points which explains why the Shadowlands exists as it does.
