Since there’s a lack of goblin outfits, maybe anything in cloth for the shimmering sets? 
Goblin Hunter with the Engineering Profession and mechanical pets is probably the closest people are going to get to a Tinker. Plus, Goblins with bombs and rifles just makes sense.
Goblin mages make plenty of sense to me since they are (usually) highly intelligent.
