Do the bosses in there drop mounts?
I’m honestly not sure. But if you open your mount journal and search Maldraxxus, you’ll be able to see all the mounts from there and where they come from

If you mean the dungeon, I don’t think so. If you mean the outdoor area, yes.
Nah they only drop pain that is you get nothing

In the outdoor area there are 2 mounts available. One is a drop that anyone can get, the other is from a summon only available to necrolords. The dungeon does not have any mounts.

Adventure guide, dungeons, top, loot…will be there if so but I personally don’t recall as I don’t seek them out. Druid n all.

In the outdoor public version of Theater of Pain (not the dungeon), the first mob you kill there each day (that isn’t Sabriel) has a chance of dropping this mount:

When a Necrolords character channels their tier 3 anima conductor to Theater of Pain and gets a daily quest, it’ll replace Azmogal with Sabriel for a rotation. If you’re a Necrolords character, she has a chance of dropping this mount:

As for the dungeon, I am unaware of any mounts dropping in that instance.
