World Update, based on rumors swirling around shelters and barracks:
In cities across Azeroth, emergency shelters are crowded and cramped. Food is rationed, as is water, which is still being imported thanks to brave champions venturing out to safe locations free from contamination.
Sounds of battles with scourge, in the streets, are still heard daily.
There are rumors, however, that messengers from the Kirin Tor tell of a weapon, a spell of some sort, which may have been capable of eliminating all scourge from the floating city. Some say that spell is being looked into as a means to help all cities rid themselves of the undead infestation.
Citizens are asked to be patient and continue to abide by the rules and follow orders from local defenders and their governments.

on Thursday February 11th at 5pm WrA/7pm MG. - Silvermoon City (Horde/Blood Elves)
on Saturday February 13th at 5pm WrA/7pm MG.

Tonight in just over 2 hours, trouble in Silvermoon! Strange activity has been seen in and around the Dead Scar, and Jastor has put the call out for volunteers to join him in investigating - and containing - the seemingly rogue scourge and their attacks.
The group will be going up prior to the event, and you can message Jastør-WyrmrestAccord or join the group finder group entitled YotS: Silvermoon in order to join the fun!
Due to some minor technical difficulties the contact character is now Nylaramia-WyrmrestAccord ! The group is up and forming, come join in the fun!
World Update, based on rumors swirling around shelters and barracks:
In cities across Azeroth, local defenders continue to try and keep citizens safe. Many cities are switching from purely defensive to partly offensive strategies, at least within city walls. With units staying behind to protect emergency shelter areas, mobile unites have begun to move out in an attempt to clear city streets of scourge activity.
Rumors and partial reports indicate the scourge are as far East as the Exodar, and as far West as Silvermoon City.
At the Exodar, scourge and abominations have breached the crashed vessel-cityâs defenses and made their way inside. Some day the abominations have found a way, whether on purpose or not, to fuse with crystals and begin arcane-radioactive. Citizens, some with arcane burns, were evacuated from the Exodar, while local defenders rounded up the scourge and found a way to debilitate the crystal-infused abominations.
Meanwhile, in Silvermoon City, local defenders are more convinced than ever that the attacking ghouls are not the mindless scourge they are used to dealing with. These waves appear to be strategizing. In fact, a forge was discovered in southern QuelâThalas, indicating the ghouls were building weapons. Whatâs more, a Lich was found to be leading the scourge in the area. The Lich was reportedly slain.
Citizens are reminded to stay in emergency shelter areas. Scourge are still roaming the streets of most cities, with the exception of Dalaran, which has effectively been cleared. Any who have experience with combat are asked to volunteer for patrols or guard duty, as local defenders have taken heavy casualties.
