Idk why nowadays in debates people don’t understand what they read the first time and it devolves into one side debating what words mean or something. Like most of us grew up speaking english as a first language, and it’s been around in some form for thousands of years. When we say it was part of the expansion for half of the expansion, that means it was present for half of it’s duration. That’s litterally all it means, we aren’t speaking in code here no need to attempt to translate it, just read it once and go with your first instinct on what we mean. You’re attempting to turn it into some weird curcular debate. Curcular debates are stupid, and only one side really ever uses them, and it’s a waste of everyones time, like a sort of fillibuster no one asked for.
Also blizzard is telling us we aren’t getting it at all, which is entierely different. I think many of us would wait if we knew we were going to still get it at the right time. But we are here because they are straight up telling everyone it’s not going to be added period. Not halfway, never.

Or why they would even think for 2 seconds opening transfers would ever be a good idea. Blizzard is high off something.
The economy on those servers is jacked AF. There is no coming back from it.

They should’ve never allowed horde only/alliance only servers in the first place.
Having thousands of players transferring from a healthy populated server faction balance wise.

Yes there were several very well balanced servers that held PvP events and it was a great time. Of course grinch blizzard couldn’t have that. They wanted the transfer money! It’s always about the money with these people

to help with overpopulated servers with a 3+ hr queue
Which killed the pvp servers.
Now it doesn’t matter anymore what type of server you’re on, there is no pvp anywhere anyways lol

Yes but it was an effort in futility. No one wants to leave a faction dominant server offering tons of perks like having a wide selection of guilds to choose from and easy dungeon groups to form. I understand why there are mega servers but blizzard encouraging them for greed just angers me.

If they were saying that RDF would come with phase 2 or 3 I dont think many people would be complaining at all.

Halfway point = roughly 3 months before cataclysm. Makes sense.
