Have you completely read the Official Wow GD Forum Code of Conduct and the End User License Agreement?
Have you read both of these documents in whole?

How I read documents of this nature: I look at all headings or first sentences of sections and read the details for things that seem interesting or at least non-obvious. For example, the rules about advertising and escrow didn’t seem obvious so I read those, the rules about profanity seemed pretty basic so I didn’t read those.

Thanks for posting those official reference links. Now everyone can check the rules out for themselves. 
In part. It is generally assumed “be nice to other players” applied to virtually all forums, and many forums also ban use of offensive words or pictures.
I did get a warning because I quoted a line from The 10th Kingdom, which when taken out of context, did violate the rule.
While I haven’t read them, i’ve never had action taken against me ingame.
I read them both cover-to-cover 
mostly because I like legal-ese and partially because I like to know what I’m signing before I sign it.
Dammit, and I had my lies all lined up… 
In answer to your question: 1.
I’m a completionist. And if they want me to tick “Accept” then you can bet your nicest gear set I’ll read it first.
not once have i read anything on the forums.
all i know is that blizzard owns me and i should be good.
