I completed it on one character with no issues. When I attempt to hand in the quest on the next character, the faction reward choices do not display on the turn in box and when I click complete quest, it tells me I have to choose a reward and won’t let me complete the quest. I tried a /reload, restarted the entire game and the computer, then logged in on a different computer, all with the same results.
EDIT: Never mind this. I figured out that the faction choice rewards are not available other than on the first character in your warband to complete The World Awaits. The choices are only the currency options. Probably due to rep being shared across your war band.
