You know those videos where people makes cake/chocolate/etc that looks like a toaster or mildly evil duck or something? It’s the same idea, except its rocks instead of sweets.
Eh I don’t think that’s the case. They may have a stone in their soup but I don’t think they eat rock rocks.

Probably a bunch of heavy life/work related physical activity.
Naturally superior genetics with enough testosterone to make the heaviest steroid user blush.
They probably do a lot of scavenging and hunting to survive. Even their water supply is a good walk away. Then there’s the ones that handle beasts, like kodo for traveling goods, wolves for mounting and training, boars for food…so much work.

No, but it’s not exactly difficult to figure it out.
Orcs consume a diet that is high in meat and animal product, and what other food they consume is predominantly foraged. This leads to a high fat, high protein diet with minimal carbs, but they also consume a very ‘clean’ diet, so to speak. Orcs don’t have a concept like ‘junk food.’ Furthermore, the average orc lives a lifestyle not dissimilar to ancient Neanderthals. Which is to say, you don’t really need a workout routine when most of your day is spent cutting down logs, hauling logs, building spikey huts, and wrestling feral hogs.
And isometrics and cardio, all done to a Village People soundtrack.
