No artifacts of any kind. No Versatility. Every Item has Strength Agility and Intellect on it and 2 secondary stats either critical strike haste or mastery. Make an expansion where it worked like this and I bet everything I have that it’s regarded as the best expansion of all time.

I would consider it better then what we have that is for sure… I don’t know I am a sucker for on hit weapons.
