Seriously, this. I was around during Motherlode, ToP and Mechagon too. I fully expect a cluster**** early in the season followed by more nerfs.
Whether nerfs are needed is questionable. Even in famed DF S3 stuff got nerfed.
You give the less skilled some progress, so they keep playing.

Just far easier to run Dawnbreaker or hell even GB.
I like CoT. Notwl that i dislike GB, but id take CoT > GB

GB to me is a list of simple tasks that people shouldn’t fail.
I guess I don’t really care because I will adapt to anything and get my rewards. I just want to ask the players who aren’t going for title why you play? Is it for the tangible rewards and in the current system you are unable to obtain them? Or are you chasing some arbitrary io outside of title range?

Well luckily they’ve scaled down the punishments for failure, so keys should be more forgiving and allow more wiggle room for timing. Should help with your strict bar of performance here.
Which maybe has something to do with why carries paid for gold don’t violate ToS… Blizz getting paid.
Only things I would change is +2 also drops carved crests and the minimum amount of crests drops should start at 12 instead of 10.
Also, any chance we could use the delve map system in m+? A chance of getting one myth piece per week.
You get more score (if that’s true) in a place where score is worth less as a result.

Good changes, but could be great changes with a couple simple additions:
- Myth vault now starts at +8 (as it was in Dragonflight). Portal and Myth vault should be on separate key levels, with Portal being higher.
- Completing a +10 or higher in time awards an token that upgrades a Hero track item to Myth track. Can be used on gear from any content, so a Heroic raid item can be made Myth. (Raiders already have more access to Myth track gear, this is just closing the gap)
- Key depletion is not tied to an achievement, but instead your lowest timed key of the current season. Timed everything at 4+? Not a huge achievement but your key no longer goes below 4.
Maybe stop playing WOW as a number go up simulator. (Idle games are far better for that.)

10s will be easier so it will be less difficult to get max vault in s2. I wasn’t a fan of max vault and portals being same key level this season, but if 10s are a bit easier I think it is fine.
Won’t be easier by much if any. Negating all the S1 nerfs (no more +90 sec) and % nerfs.
+12 failure rate should increase even more though.
Guess we will just have to wait and see who is right.

Would love to see Myth 1/2 gear from +8’s/+10’s respectively, as it was in Dragonflight.
They essentially did that through the health/damage scaling per key level. A 10 next season should roughly feel like an 8 or so this season.
I wish there was a way to get a targeted myth upgrade because I am stuck with hero trinkets still but that would be way too free. Maybe 1-2 per season.
