Boosted my Warrior. Got quest for War Within in Org. Click scroll to TP to Silithus. Thrall is there then phases out. There are a ton of lvl 70s here in Silithus that cannot progress and Thrall is missing.

having the same issue here, the NPC disappears a second or 2 after zoning into Silithus.

Same problem here on my Druid. Already did on another two characters, one using skip, but not able to do on the Druid.
I can even teleport to Dornogal.
Same. The quest automatically abandons itself, causing NPCs to disappear before you can talk to them.
Yea same here. I got into Dornogal but can’t get the intro quest to work

Found a workaround. Fly away from the area that Thrall is supposed to be, far enough away that all the other players phase out. Hit Shift + J and accept the quest. Then fly to where Thrall is supposed to be and click through the quest as fast as you can. Not sure if I just did it fast enough or if he would have stayed for good.

Found a workaround as well.
You need stand on top or close to Thrall.( He is by the tent just off to the left over looking the entrance to the chamber.) Log out waiting the 20 second timer. Log back in. Be prepared to quickly click thrall and complete the quest. Then accept the next one.

Flew to the zone manually instead of using the tp scroll and was able to get through as well
I can Confirm. Work around does work. Be in Silithus.
Leave area far enough away from other players to be on another shard. Then Accept Quest from Adventure Guide. Then Fly back to Thrall and turn in quest as fast as possible. Worked for me.

I am also having this issue. When I go to Silithus, whether it’s by teleportation or flying there the quest abandons itself and the NPCs disappear. Even if I tp to Caverns of Time from Mage Tower in Stormwind, as soon as I load Tanaris it abandons itself. So, I can’t even bug it to turn it in quick because it’s gone the second my character loads.
And I guess we can’t submit proper bug tickets anymore so… sigh
yes thought this was only me… I guess my alts can’t start WW at all… what the hell

Also stuck - was hype to level my earthen spent the last 8 hours farming dungeons to get to 70 lol……
My wife and I are also experiencing this issue.
Had this problem as well. Exited the game and BNet and then logged back in while standing right there with Thrall and Jaina and that worked for me.
just tried this on 2 lvl 70 alt’s and after using the scroll to port to silithus jaina and the rest phase out and am unable to click to continue the quest chain, tried several things but nothing get’s me past this.
Literally have then same issue bought a level 70 boost for my character and cant turn in the war within quest at silithis to start the campaign
Can confirm flying there manually, then 20s logging out and back in next to the tent worked for me. Super frustrating.
